Hi, I'm Francesca.

I’m a UX designer & researcher with a background in digital design, linguistics, and psychology. I am based in Vancouver, BC.

I hold a BA in Linguistics, and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Digital Experience Innovation from the University of Waterloo. I’m passionate about human-computer interaction, UX and generative AI.

 

My work as a linguistic/prompt engineer has given me expertise in conversational AI, natural language processing, and user behaviour with AI systems. Through freelance work and projects, I’ve developed skills in user research, usability testing, and product design.​
