Hi, I'm Francesca.

I’m a UX designer & researcher with a background in digital design, linguistics, and psychology. I'm based in Vancouver, BC. 

​

I hold a Master’s in Digital Experience Innovation from the University of Waterloo, and a BA in Linguistics from Simon Fraser University. I focus on human-computer interaction, UX and generative AI.

 

My current work as a Project Manager on a prompt engineering and language annotation team has given me expertise in conversational AI, computer vision, and user behaviour with AI systems. Beyond this role, I've led projects in user research, usability testing, and product design.
